Jack Pitzo currently serves as a Circuit Court Judge for Waukesha County, Wisconsin. Waukesha County lies just west of Milwaukee and is the third largest county in the State of Wisconsin with a population of nearly 415,000 residents.
At just 32 years old Jack was one of the youngest judges ever elected in Wisconsin. Jack currently presides over one of the family court branches handling cases involving divorce, custody, paternity as well as some juvenile and probate matters.
Prior to taking the bench jack served as an Assistant District Attorney in Waukesha County beginning in 2017. As a Waukesha County Assistant District Attorney, Jack was tasked with managing nearly 500 criminal cases at a time including a wide array of felony and misdemeanor crimes. The caseload consisted of offenses from drunk driving charges all the way to first degree intentional homicides. Jack has participated in numerous high profile criminal prosecutions that resulted in homicide, attempted homicide, armed robbery, car jacking, arson, and burglary convictions during his time in the DA's Office.
Jack graduated from Purdue in 2014 with a degree in political science and history with a minor in Spanish. During his time at Purdue Jack was an active participant in several student groups and took advantage of a study abroad program in Madrid, Spain. Jack then attended Marquette University Law school where he received his Juris Doctorate in 2017.
Jack lives in Brookfield, Wisconsin with his wife and two children. When he is not on the bench Jack enjoys watching every minute of Purdue Boilermaker basketball and football and cheering on his Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field.
