Carlos Paulet is a multi-cultural internationally recognized leadership facilitator, and an expert in leadership metrics.  Paulet has over 14 years of experience in the field of leadership development, assessments and executive coaching.  His focus is on supporting successful people to identify and empower the “X Factors” that drive performance and results.

Prior to becoming a consultant Paulet was the Operation’s Director Latin America for one of the world’s largest airlines where he managed 12 countries, multiple direct report teams and was responsible for 82 flights a day.  As an executive coach and facilitator Paulet has had the privilege of working with leaders from companies like Siemens, Telefónica, Air Nostrum, ING Direct, Amadeus, Unilever, Adecco, KLM, Sun Microsystems, Ernst & Young, Merck Sharp and Dohme, Price Waterhouse Coopers, Alstom Transport, Care, Johnson & Jonson, Terra, BMW, OI, 3M, Kimberly Clark, GSK, Roche, Nestlé, GE, Endesa, Kraft Foods, Wal-Mart, Roche, American Express, Avon, Cisco, Sodexo, Grupo Gloria, Pfizer and Microsoft among others. 

Paulet was a professor for the Masters programs of the CEU Business School in Spain and is currently a professor at ESAN University (Established by Stanford University) in Peru. Throughout his career, he has received numerous honors and awards from institutions in Spain and Latin America, including the HR Prize 2006 for contributions to the field in his country.  He is the author of numerous articles on leadership, feedback and coaching, and in 2005 he was a contributing author for “Coaching for Leadership: The Practice of Leadership Coaching from the World's Greatest Coaches, 2nd Edition” edited by Marshall Goldsmith and Lawrence Lyons.  Paulet is also a member of the prestigious Harvard Foundation for International Leadership Coaching, a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, and has been part of the faculty of Linkage’s GILD (Global Institute for Leadership Development), which is ranked #1 leadership development experience in the world by Leadership Excellence.  Born in Peru and educated in the Dominica Republic, Brazil and the United States, Paulet is natively fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
