Pete Quinn, SIOR specializes in multi-market Corporate Services with an emphasis on logistics and corporate facilities – on a regional and global scope. Pete’s stand-out strengths are his commitment to understand corporations’ broader goals and challenges and then assembling a team of high-octane professionals to drive smart solutions to achieve those goals. During his 27+ years in the industry, he has provided advisory and transactional representation for numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Pete is a co-founder of Summit and has fulfilled various leadership capacities including serving as Lead of the Industrial Advisory Group and as the firm’s Alliance Lead with Cushman & Wakefield. He has achieved notable industry acknowledgements including SIOR Largest Industrial Deal in the U.S. and First Industrial Largest Deal. These accomplishments lead to Pete’s selection to join Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial leadership team as Executive Managing Director, Global Supply Chain Solutions and Industrial Operations. Under his leadership, he strengthened C&W’s platform, providing a deep bench of logistics and supply chain strategies to the largest industrial user-groups and participants in the logistics, transportation and distribution industries. Pete is a member of the Cushman and Wakefield Global Supply Chain Solutions Group; has been appointed to the C&W Industrial Executive Board.

Prior to founding Summit Realty Group, Pete served as Vice President at Eaton & Lauth Commercial Brokerage Company, now known as Lauth Property Group.

Pete is actively involved in his alma mater, Purdue University, where he was also a starting offensive lineman for the Purdue football team from 1978-1981 and team captain in 1979 and 1980. In 1987, he was voted to the Purdue University 100-year All Time Football team and is the Color Analyst for Purdue football on the Purdue Sports Radio Network, now in his 22nd season.
