Brian A. Holcombe

Brian A. Holcombe, MPA, is a Client Service Manager at Lochmueller Group, where he works with local officials across Central Indiana to identify infrastructure priorities and connect communities with practical planning, design, and engineering solutions. He brings more than a decade of experience spanning Indiana government, public policy, government relations, technology, and client service.

Before joining Lochmueller, Brian held positions with ReFrame Solutions, KinderCare Learning Companies, the National Association of Mutual Insurance Companies, and the Indiana Secretary of State’s office. Throughout his career, he has focused on building trusted relationships, translating complex issues into actionable strategies, and helping public institutions respond effectively to the needs of the people they serve.

Brian earned bachelor’s degrees in political science and history from Purdue University in 2016 and a Master of Public Administration, with a concentration in fiscal management, from Norwich University in 2018. He has served on the Purdue College of Liberal Arts Alumni Board since 2021, supporting student mentorship, career development, and alumni engagement.

A lifelong Hoosier, Brian lives in Avon with his wife and son and enjoys sports, gaming, building LEGO, and spending time with his family.
