Wally Brant

BA, History, 1971

Wally Brant graduated with BA in History in 1971. He was a member of the Purdue baseball team from 1967-69. He was a USAF B-52 Navigator during Vietnam. Wally’s grandfather and father attended Purdue, and all are members of Indiana Oxygen Company, which is a family business.

Wally serves on the Board of Directors for Indiana Chamber of Commerce and AAA Hoosier Motor Club. He also served on CLA Alumni Board 10 years. He was a College of Liberal Arts Distinguished Alumni in 2010.

Wally played the part of Jake Daubert in the movie "Eight Men Out" about the 1919 Chicago Black Sox World Series scandal, but unfortunately never got another part in any movie.
